We are seeking a Food Technologist with strong technical knowledge of food ingredients and applications along with sales coordination skills. The candidate will be responsible for supporting ingredient sales activities, handling customer inquiries, providing product application support, and building strong relationships with food manufacturers and processors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and support sales of food ingredients to food manufacturers, bakeries, confectionery, dairy, beverage, and processed food industries.
• Understand customer product requirements and recommend suitable ingredient solutions.
• Conduct product trials, application support, and technical presentations for customers.
• Coordinate with R&D, production, and procurement teams for product development and customer requirements.
• Generate new business leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations, technical documents, product specifications, and reports.
• Visit customer locations for product discussions, sampling, and technical support.
• Stay updated on food industry trends, ingredient innovations, and competitor activities.
• Support business development activities, exhibitions, and technical meetings.
