Fitter / Installer cum Welder – STP / WTP / ETP

Location: Delhi/NCR / Gurgaon / Project Sites

Job Summary:-

We are looking for a skilled Fitter/Installer cum Welder for Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP). The candidate will be responsible for installation, fabrication, welding, and maintenance of mechanical and piping systems at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Installation of pipelines (MS, SS, PVC, HDPE, etc.) for STP/WTP/ETP systems

• Welding and fabrication of pipes, supports, and structures (Arc/MIG/TIG)

• Fitting and alignment of pumps, blowers, motors, valves, and tanks

• Reading and understanding mechanical drawings, GA drawings, and P&ID diagrams • Fabrication and erection of pipe supports and equipment structures

• Performing leak testing, hydro testing, and rectification of welding defects

• Maintenance and repair work at project sites

• Coordination with site engineers and supervisors for smooth execution

• Ensuring safety practices, especially during welding and fabrication work Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of pipe fitting and welding techniques (Arc, MIG, TIG)

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Experience in SS & MS fabrication work

• Hands-on experience with tools like welding machines, grinders, cutting tools, drilling machines

• Basic understanding of safety standards (PPE, gas cutting safety, etc.) Qualification:-

• ITI (Fitter/Welder) or Diploma in Mechanical or related field

Experience:- • 2–3 years of experience in STP/WTP/ETP or industrial projects

Salary:- 2.5-3 L

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
