Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet delivery schedules.

• Manage and supervise shop-floor manpower to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.

• Monitor assembly operations and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

• Inspect and verify machine fitment, alignment, and functional performance before dispatch.

• Coordinate machine dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery to customers.

• Track project timelines and ensure completion of all assembly-related tasks as per schedule.

• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and vendors for spare parts and outsourced production requirements.

• Follow up on material availability to avoid production delays.

• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.

• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

• Work closely with management and other departments to achieve production targets.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.

• 1–5 years of experience in machine assembly, manufacturing, or production operations.

• Knowledge of production planning and shop-floor management.

• Understanding of mechanical assemblies, machine fitment, and quality inspection.

• Ability to manage manpower and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in industrial machinery manufacturing.

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
