For ITI Fitter:

• Perform mechanical maintenance of machinery, equipment, and utilities.

• Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) as per schedule.

• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.

• Handle assembly, installation, and adjustment of mechanical components.

• Maintain tools, tackles, and ensure safe working practices.

• Support production teams during machine setup and changeover.

• Maintain maintenance records and logbooks.

For ITI Electrician:

• Perform electrical maintenance of machinery, panels, motors, and control systems.

• Troubleshoot electrical faults, wiring issues, and breakdowns.

• Perform preventive maintenance of motors, MCC panels, drives, sensors, and PLC-based equipment (basic).

• Ensure proper earthing, load management, and electrical safety compliance.

• Assist in installation of new machinery, cable routing, and panel wiring.

• Maintain documentation of electrical maintenance activities.
