Job Summary

IndiFrame is looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our Production Team as Factory Technicians. The candidate will assist in the fabrication of uPVC window and door frames, while coordinating with the production team to ensure smooth execution of activities. Training will be provided on all machinery and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Profile Cutting: Operate automated or semi-automated cutting machines to slice uPVC profiles accurately according to the production sheet.

• Reinforcement Fitting: Cut galvanised steel reinforcement profiles and screw them inside the uPVC sections for structural strength.

• Welding & Cleaning: Run uPVC welding machines to fuse frame corners together, and use corner cleaning machines to smooth out excess plastic.

• Mullion & Assembly: Drill holes and route slots for water drainage, locks, handles, and hinges using routing machines.

• Glazing & Bead Cutting: Measure and cut the small uPVC beads that hold the glass panes securely inside the frames.

• Quality Inspection: Check finished frames for correct dimensions, right-angle accuracy, and smooth finishes using measuring tapes and gauges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: ITI (fitter, carpenter, COE)

• Technical Skills: Ability to read production sheets, millimetres/inches on measuring tools, and basic manufacturing drawings.

• Machine Operation: Willingness to learn how to operate pneumatic, electrical, and fabrication machines.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift profiles, and work in a fast-paced factory environment.

• Safety Mindset: Strict adherence to factory safety rules, including wearing safety shoes and earplugs.
