Key Responsibilities

An Auto LPG Dispensing Station (ALDS) Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of LPG dispensing equipment. Their role involves preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, compliance with strict safety standards (such as OISD codes), and maintaining operational records.

· Preventive Maintenance

· Breakdown Maintenance and Troubleshooting

· Safety Compliance and Inspections

· Documentation and Reporting

· Operational Support and Training

Skills & Competencies

· ITI Fitter or Mechanic

· Knowledge of LPG, pumps, and compressors

· Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, pneumatic circuits, and PLC controls.

· Familiarity with safety regulations like OISD 144 and SMPV rules.

· Must be able to respond to emergencies, such as gas leaks, promptly.
