Fitter

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions for trainees in the Fitter trade.

• Ensure sessions are engaging, effective, and aligned with training standards.

• Assess the performance and progress of trainees regularly.

• Maintain training records, attendance, and reports as required.

• Provide guidance and support to students to enhance their learning outcomes.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of training tools, equipment, and workshop facilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma / Graduate in any relevant stream.

• 2–3 years of industry experience in the Fitter trade.

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in conducting training.

• TOT Certified candidates will be preferred.

• Strong communication and teaching skills.

• Ability to handle practical workshops and ensure safety compliance.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
