Fitter

We are looking for a Fitter to join our team at Tej Control Systems Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Panel Assembly

• Mechanical assembly of control panels as per GA drawings

• Mounting electrical components (MCB, MCCB, Contactors, Relays, PLC, Drives, SMPS, etc.)

• Panel drilling, cutting, and fitting work

2. Electrical Wiring & Termination

• Internal panel wiring as per electrical drawings

• Ferruling, crimping, and cable dressing

• Terminal connections and routing

3. Installation & Field Work

• Panel installation at customer sites

• Cable laying and gland termination

• Field wiring and equipment connection

4. Testing & Commissioning Support

• Continuity checking

• Power-on assistance

• Supporting engineers during commissioning

5. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Panel servicing and modifications

• Identifying wiring faults

• Component replacement

Technical Knowledge Required

• Electrical symbols & schematic reading

• Control wiring concepts

• Basic electrical safety standards

• Tools handling (crimping tools, multimeter, drilling machine)

• Knowledge of PLC panels (basic level preferred)

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 1 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
