Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Fitter to join our manufacturing/engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for fitting, assembly, maintenance and installation-related activities while ensuring quality, accuracy and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
Perform fitting, assembly and installation of mechanical components.
Read and understand basic engineering drawings and measurements.
Perform cutting, drilling, grinding, filing and other fitting operations.
Assemble machine parts and mechanical components as per specifications.
Use hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments effectively.
Check dimensions and alignment of components during fitting and assembly.
Assist in machine installation, maintenance and repair activities.
Identify mechanical issues and report them to the supervisor.
Carry out basic preventive maintenance activities.
Maintain tools, equipment and work area properly.
Follow production schedules and complete assigned work within timelines.
Strictly follow safety procedures and company standards.

Candidates with strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience may be considered.
Candidate Profile
Good mechanical and technical understanding.
Strong hands-on fitting and assembly skills.
Ability to understand basic drawings and measurements.
Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Willing to work in Nashik.
Good discipline, teamwork and safety awareness.
