Job Requirements

ITI / Diploma in Fitter or relevant trade
Minimum 1–5 years experience in a factory or manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of mechanical fitting, assembly, and installation
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
Experience with hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.)
Knowledge of machine maintenance, alignment, and troubleshooting
Familiar with welding, cutting, drilling, grinding, and basic fabrication work
Understanding of safety rules and factory procedures
Physically fit to handle manual work and stand for long hours
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work shifts and overtime if required
