Location: Maratha Cement Works, Upparwahi, Chandrapur (Dist), Maharashtra – 442908

Employment Type: Wage Board / 3rd Party

Experience Required: 4+ Years (ITI / Diploma)

Salary: ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

A Millwright Fitter is responsible for installation, maintenance, alignment, and repair of heavy mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure smooth plant operations with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, dismantle, and assemble industrial machinery and equipment

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machines

• Carry out alignment, fitting, and calibration of rotating equipment

• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in machines

• Ensure minimum downtime and smooth production flow

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints

• Maintain proper tools and equipment in good condition

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and machinery

• Expertise in alignment, fitting, and assembly work

• Ability to handle heavy industrial equipment

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of safety standards

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in plant/industrial setup

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
