Job Responsibilities:

1. Carry out preventive maintenance and servicing of all plant machinery and equipment.

2. Responsible for all tools, ensuring none are left in production areas.

3. Perform repair, welding, cutting, grinding, and rigging work as needed.

4. Handle breakdowns efficiently to ensure minimum downtime.

5. Replace worn or damaged machine parts as necessary.

6. Maintain stock of relevant consumables and report shortages.

7. Plan and execute small projects and fabrication work within the plant.

8. Perform general maintenance of unused or standby machines.

9. Carry out minor civil and plumbing works when required.

10. Support in HTU operation and related mechanical tasks.

11. Suggest improvements to reduce maintenance costs and improve plant efficiency.

12. Use ChatGPT / search engines to troubleshoot technical issues, access manuals, and enhance

maintenance knowledge
