JOB VACANCY – EXPERIENCED MACHINE ASSEMBLY FITTER

Position: Mechanical Fitter / Machine Assembly Fitter

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Machine Assembly Fitter with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in mechanical fitting, machine assembly, and workshop operations.

The candidate must have strong hands-on technical knowledge and should be capable of independently assembling machines, fitting mechanical components, performing drilling and tapping operations, and carrying out basic measurement and alignment work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assemble complete machines and mechanical assemblies independently.

2. Perform drilling, tapping, threading, grinding, cutting, and other basic fitting operations.

3. Read and understand basic engineering drawings and measurements.

4. Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Steel Scale, Measuring Tape, etc.

5. Perform accurate fitting, alignment, adjustment, and installation of mechanical components.

6. Have practical knowledge of shafts, bearings, bushes, couplings, nuts, bolts, and other machine components.

7. Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical problems during machine assembly.

8. Ensure proper finishing, fitting accuracy, and quality of assembled machines.

9. Handle workshop tools and machinery safely and efficiently.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant practical experience.

• Must have strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical fitting.

• Must know how to assemble machines from individual components.

• Good understanding of drilling, tapping, threading, and measurement methods.

• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.

• Should be hardworking, disciplined, responsible, and technically sound.

Important:

We are looking for a practical, experienced fitter, not just a helper. The candidate must have actual machine assembly experience and strong workshop skills.
