Key Responsibilities: • Assembly: Assembling components and sub-assemblies on a production line according to blueprints, technical drawings, or instructions. • Fitting and Precision: Using tools such as files, grinders, and drill presses to fit, align, and adjust parts to correct specifications. • Quality Control: Inspecting finished components for defects, functionality, and proper fit, ensuring all quality standards are met. • Tool Usage: Safely operating hand tools, power tools, and machinery (e.g., wrenches, saws, drills). • Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshooting malfunctions. • Safety and Compliance: Adhering to strict safety regulations, including PPE usage and maintaining a clean, organized work area. • Documentation: Recording production data, tracking inventory, and reporting defects or assembly issues to supervisors.
