Role Overview:

We are hiring Fitters - Drone Assembly to join our manufacturing unit. You will be responsible for cutting, drilling, riveting, wiring, and assembly of drone components with precision, ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality standards. This is a great opportunity for ITI and Diploma candidates interested in building advanced drone systems.

Responsibilities:

Cut parts precisely using cutting machines as per design requirements.
Rivet components cleanly to ensure strong and neat assemblies.
Rub, smoothen, and fix parts for proper alignment and finish.
Drill holes accurately and cleanly, maintaining precision standards.
Use measuring tools (e.g., vernier callipers, micrometres) for dimension checks.
Perform wire routing, crimping, soldering, and basic electrical connections.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of drones.
Carry out Quality Control (QC) checks to ensure high manufacturing standards.

Bonus (Nice to Have):

Experience in assembly of aerospace, automotive, or robotics components.
Knowledge of composite materials, aluminium frames, or lightweight structures.
Basic understanding of safety and tool maintenance.

Who Should Apply?

ITI (Fitter, Electrician, Machinist, Turner) or Diploma (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical) holders.
Candidates with 0-3 years of experience in mechanical fitting or assembly (freshers welcome).
Individuals skilled in using hand tools, cutting/drilling machines, and measuring instruments.
Those who are detail-oriented, disciplined, and interested in drone/aerospace manufacturing.
