Job Description – Fitter & Welder
🔧 Position 1: Fitter
Department: Production / Fabrication
Industry: Stainless Steel Manufacturing & Fabrication
Job Location: Sector 8, Noida
Qualification: ITI Fitter preferred
Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
Salary: Up to ₹15,000/month for Freshers; experienced candidates will be offered a salary hike based on last drawn salary and experience.
Shift: 8.5 hours
Shift Type: Rotational
Key Responsibilities
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and measurements.
- Cutting, grinding, drilling and fitting of stainless-steel components.
- Assemble and align sheets, pipes, frames and other components.
- Use measuring tools such as vernier calipers, measuring tape and angle gauges.
- Check dimensions, alignment and finishing of fabricated parts.
- Coordinate with welders and the production team.
- Identify fitting/dimensional issues and report them to the supervisor.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
- Achieve daily production and quality targets.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of stainless-steel fabrication.
- Knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Good teamwork and discipline.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

⚡ Position 2: Welder
Department: Production / Fabrication
Industry: Stainless Steel Manufacturing & Fabrication
Job Location: Sector 8, Noida
Qualification: ITI Welder preferred
Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Shift Type: Rotational
Key Responsibilities
- Perform TIG/MIG welding on stainless-steel sheets, pipes, frames and structures.
- Read basic engineering drawings and welding symbols.
- Set welding machines and select suitable welding parameters.
- Ensure proper weld quality, strength and finishing.
- Perform grinding, polishing and finishing of welded joints when required.
- Inspect welds for cracks, porosity, undercut and other defects.
- Maintain welding machines, tools and work area.
- Follow all safety procedures while handling welding equipment.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of TIG/MIG welding.
- Stainless-steel welding knowledge preferred.
- Basic understanding of welding drawings and symbols.
- Ability to safely operate welding and grinding tools.
- Good knowledge of welding quality and finishing.
- ITI Welder qualification preferred.
