Job Description

Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Staff to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assembling, testing, and ensuring the quality of our AIS140-standard GPS tracking devices.

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble GPS tracking devices and ensure compliance with AIS140 standards.
Conduct quality checks on components and finished products.
Perform troubleshooting and basic repairs on defective units.
Operate production machinery and follow safety guidelines.
Maintain accurate production records and meet daily targets.
Collaborate with the quality control and R&D teams for continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.

Prior experience in electronic manufacturing or assembly preferred.
Knowledge of PCB assembly, soldering, and testing procedures.
Ability to follow technical instructions and work in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.
