Job Description:

For Fitter Job Role:

• Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical systems or components.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Perform fitting and alignment of machinery and mechanical parts.

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.

• Use tools such as grinders, drills, and welding equipment safely.

• Identify faults and replace defective parts.

• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians.

For Welder Job Role:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and arc welding as required.

• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.

• Cut, shape, and join metal parts accurately.

• Inspect welds for strength and quality.

• Maintain welding tools and safety standards.

For Healper Job Role:

• Support in lifting, holding, and positioning parts.

• Pass tools and materials as needed.

• Clean work area, tools, and equipment.

• Assist in basic tasks like grinding, drilling, or tacking.

• Follow safety instructions and wear PPE.
