SPM Machines assembly and project handover to client.

● Line audit process / product & solve the line problem in Weld shop.

● Basic Knowledge of 7QC

● Preparations of check sheets, quality parameters & quality presentations.

● Trained the new operator for controlling defects.

● Resolve customer complain from Paint & Assy shop.

● Daily audit of supplier parts related problems from receiver gauge

● Auditing of the Product Body Cell in Weld shop.

● Basic knowledge of SAP & JH

● Work on 5-Why, OPL, Quality Alert, Tag.
