Full Time
Perform cutting, shaping, bending, and assembling of raw materials such as vinyl, flex, sunboard, acrylic, ACP sheets, and LED components.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical schematics to produce accurate components and finished products.
Operate fabrication machinery including welders, laser machines, cutting tools, and shearing equipment.
Ensure high precision and quality during all stages of fabrication and fitting.
Assemble and install fabricated parts and structures as per design requirements.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment within the factory.
Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of tools and machinery.
Coordinate with design and production teams to meet project specifications and deadlines.
Quality Control Responsibilities- Inspect finished products for accuracy, functionality, and adherence to design specifications.
Identify defects or deviations and take corrective actions where necessary.
Ensure all outputs meet company quality standards before dispatch or installation.
