We are looking for a Fitter to join our team Countryman Manufacturing Pvt Ltd . The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of 20000 to 30000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job instructions.

2. Assemble and fit mechanical parts, structures, and components accurately.

3. Use tools such as drills, grinders, cutters, files, and measuring instruments.

4. Perform alignment, fitting, and installation of machinery or fabricated components.

5. Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality and specifications are met.

6. Carry out maintenance and repair work of machines, equipment, and tools.

7. Collaborate with welders, fabricators, and supervisors in production activities.

8. Report defects, missing parts, or equipment issues to supervisors.

9. Maintain daily records of work, maintenance, and production tasks. Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is ITI and 2 to 4 experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
