👨 Gender Preference: Male

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

🎓 Qualification: ITI – Fitter Trade / Diploma Mechanical Engineering (Any Preferred)

🛠 Job Summary

We are looking for a semi-skilled Fitter with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly,

fitting, and basic maintenance work. The candidate should be capable of working with tools, reading

basic drawings, and supporting production activities.

🔩 Key Responsibilities

Assembly and fitting of mechanical components as per drawings

Use of hand tools like spanners, drills, grinders, etc.

Basic drilling, tapping, cutting, and alignment work

Reading and understanding basic engineering drawings

Supporting machine installation and maintenance activities

Ensuring proper tightening, alignment, and finishing of parts

Maintaining cleanliness and safety at the workplace

Assisting senior technicians / engineers when required

⚙ Required Skills to work

Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment

Familiar with Precision work

PCD marking, Drilling, Tapping, General bearing assembly,

Ability to read simple drawings (preferred)

Understanding of tolerances and measurements

Knowledge of safety practices in workshop

Physically fit and able to handle shop-floor work

👷 Preferred Candidate Profile

ITI Fitter or equivalent

Experience in workshop / manufacturing / machinery assembly

Hardworking, disciplined, and willing to learn

Team player with positive attitude
