Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Machine Assembly Fitters to join our manufacturing and assembly team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in machine assembly, installation, fitting, alignment, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Assembly of machines and mechanical equipment as per drawings and instructions.
Fitting, alignment, and installation of machine components.
Reading and understanding assembly drawings and engineering drawings.
Use of hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and assembly equipment.
Inspection and testing of assembled machines.
Coordination with fabrication, production, and design teams.
Rectification of assembly defects and troubleshooting during installation.
Maintaining quality and safety standards during assembly activities.

Required Skills

Knowledge of machine assembly and mechanical fitting.
Ability to read assembly and fabrication drawings.
Experience with bearings, shafts, gearboxes, motors, couplings, and machine components.
Knowledge of alignment and measurement tools.
Understanding of workshop safety practices.

Qualification

ITI Fitter / Mechanical Trade Preferred.
Diploma Mechanical candidates may also apply.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in machine assembly, equipment installation, or industrial machinery fitting.

Salary

As per experience and skill level.
