Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, and align mechanical components, machinery, and equipment as per technical specifications and blueprints/drawings/designs.

• Perform various types of welding to fabricate, repair, and modify metal parts and structures.

• Ensure proper preparation of materials before welding (cleaning, grinding, etc.).

• Utilize fabrication skills to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts for various projects.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to fit parts together precisely.

• Perform routine maintenance to ensure tools & machinery operates efficiently and to prevent breakdowns.

• Repair or replace faulty components such as gears, bearings, shafts, and valves.

• Fabricate parts using tools like drill machines, grinders, and welding equipment when required.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines as specified during installation and maintenance.
