Fitter

1. Load, unload, transport, and organize pumps, motors, and related materials and spare parts; tag and label all components correctly.

2. Assemble and disassemble pumps and motors; perform repairs of pump/motor assemblies including mechanical seal fitting and replacement.

3. Trim impellers with lathe machines to required specifications (balancing performance and operational needs).

4. Perform site visits to diagnose issues, analyze equipment failures, and recommend repair or maintenance solutions.

5. Maintain tools, clean work areas, manage documentation of repairs, and ensure safety and quality standards in all work.
