Title:- Precision Machine Tool Fitter / Assembly Specialist.

Location: Ecotech-12, Greater Noida, UP (Near Supertech Eco Village III)

Salary: ₹1.2 Lakh – ₹4 Lakh per year (Based on skill and experience)

Experience: 0–3 Years (Preference for candidates with machine tool experience)

Job Description & Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for the mechanical assembly of high-precision Vertical Machining Centers (VMC). Key duties include:

Precision Fitting: Aligning and mounting linear motion guides and high-grade (C3) ballscrews.
Hand Scraping: Manual scraping of cast iron surfaces (base, column, saddle) to achieve geometric truth and required contact points (PPI).
Alignment & Metrology: Using precision tools like 0.001mm Dial Indicators, Master Squares, and Spirit Levels to ensure 5-micron tolerances.
Sub-Assembly: Assembly of spindles, Automatic Tool Changers (ATC), and pneumatic systems.
Geometric Testing: Performing "Blue Matching" to verify contact between mating machine parts.
Safety: Adhering to strict workshop safety and cleanliness standards.

Skills Required

Critical Skill: Basic understanding or willingness to master Hand Scraping (Cast Iron/Dovetail).
Measurement Mastery: Expert use of Vernier calipers, Micrometers, and Dial Test Indicators (DTIs).
Technical Reading: Ability to interpret 2D engineering drawings and assembly blueprints.
Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using hand tools, torque wrenches, tapping tools, and precision grinders.
Mindset: Extreme attention to detail, patience for precision work, and a disciplined approach to assembly.

Qualification

Education: ITI or Diploma in Fitter/Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Freshers with strong foundational knowledge or experienced fitters from the machine tool industry are encouraged to apply.
