Key Responsibilities
• Assembly & installation of machinery and components
• Mechanical maintenance, inspection & breakdown repairs
• Fabrication using cutting, grinding & welding equipment
• MIG welding of industrial / structural components
• Reading blueprints, drawings & technical specifications
• Quality checks to ensure dimensional accuracy
• Adhering to safety and compliance standards
• Coordination with production and engineering teams
 Mandatory Skills & Qualification
• ITI qualification (Required)
• Hands-on experience in Fabrication OR MIG Welding
• Ability to read drawings (for fitters)
• Shop-floor / plant experience preferred
• Physically fit for industrial work
