JOB ROLE – FIBER MOULDING OPERATOR

Job Title: Fiber Moulding Operator Department: Production / Manufacturing Industry: Automotive Components / Fiber-Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities

1. Operate fiber moulding machines and equipment as per production requirements.

2. Prepare moulds, raw materials, resin, and fiberglass for the moulding process.

3. Perform moulding operations according to work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

4. Ensure proper placement of fiberglass and resin during the moulding process.

5. Monitor machine parameters, temperature, pressure, and curing time, wherever applicable.

6. Remove moulded components carefully and perform trimming, finishing, and deburring.

7. Inspect finished components for cracks, bubbles, surface defects, and dimensional accuracy.

8. Maintain production targets and ensure product quality.

9. Follow workplace safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).

10. Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and follow 5S practices.

11. Report machine breakdowns, material shortages, and quality issues to the supervisor.

12. Maintain production records and follow instructions provided by the production supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma (depending on company requirements).

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Skills: Basic manufacturing knowledge, attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to work in shifts.

• Work Environment: Manufacturing shop floor; standing work and handling of materials may be required.
