Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Production Trainee to join our team. As a Production Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn the skills and knowledge required to succeed in our production environment. You will assist in various production-related activities, including machine operation, quality control, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learn and understand production processes, procedures, and safety protocols.

2. Assist production staff in various tasks, such as machine operation, material handling, and quality control.

3. Develop skills in operating production equipment, including troubleshooting and basic maintenance.

4. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.

5. Collaborate with production team members to achieve production targets and quality standards.

6. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.

7. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Education: Diploma

2. Age: 18-30 years old.

4. Communication: Good communication and teamwork skills.

5. Adaptability: Willingness to learn, adapt to new situations, and take on new challenges.
