Job Description

1. Welding & Fabrication Tasks Perform MIG, TIG, or arc welding operations on metal components; fabricate, assemble, and repair structures as per technical drawings and specifications.

2. Blueprint & Measurement Interpretation Read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders; accurately measure, cut, and align materials before welding.

3. Quality Control & Inspection Inspect welds for strength, precision, and compliance with safety/quality standards; correct defects and maintain consistency in output.

4. Safety & Equipment Maintenance Operate welding machines and tools safely; maintain equipment in good working condition; follow plant safety protocols and always use protective gear.
