Position: Assistant Factory Manager

About the Role:

Vision Display Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Assistant Factory Manager to support daily manufacturing operations, ensure smooth production flow, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day factory operations

Monitor production schedules and manpower

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and SOPs

Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams

Experience & Qualifications:

2–6 years of experience in factory/manufacturing operations

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics preferred)

Strong knowledge of shop-floor management
