• Supervise daily factory operations and production processes

• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations

• Manage and coordinate factory workers and schedules

• Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement improvements

• Maintain records of production and operational reports
