Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily factory operations and production activities.
Manage and coordinate factory workers and staff.
Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion of work.
Maintain product quality and workplace discipline.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Monitor workflow and resolve day-to-day production issues.
Maintain production reports and records.
Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness.
Coordinate with the production and quality departments.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Factory Supervisor in a manufacturing company is mandatory.
Good team management and leadership skills.
Knowledge of factory operations and production processes.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
