Factory Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor with 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for supervising manpower, monitoring shifts and production activities, and ensuring smooth coordination of material supply and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage factory manpower and allocate work as per production requirements.

Monitor shift operations, attendance, productivity, and workforce performance.

Ensure production targets are achieved as per the daily/shift plan.

Monitor production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely output.

Coordinate with stores, production, and other departments for timely material supply.

Supervise finished goods handling and ensure timely dispatch as per schedule.

Maintain daily production, manpower, shift, and dispatch records.

Identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.

Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company procedures on the shop floor.

Report daily production and operational updates to the Plant Head / Production Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Factory/Production Supervisor in a manufacturing company.

Strong manpower handling and shift management skills.

Good understanding of production, material supply, and dispatch operations.

Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Ability to work in shifts and manage a fast-paced production environment.

Basic knowledge of production reporting and MS Excel.
