Job Description

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day production operations in modular furniture manufacturing.

Ensure quality control at each stage of production (cutting, edge banding, assembly, dispatch).

Allocate manpower efficiently and monitor shift-wise productivity.

Coordinate with design, stores, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness within the factory.

Requirements:

3+ years of supervisory experience in modular furniture/interiors.

Technical understanding of machines like Panel Saw, Edge Bander, CNC.

Ability to read technical drawings and manage labor efficiently.

ITI/Diploma or equivalent.
