Factory Supervisor

We are looking for a QA / QC Factory Supervisor/ to join our team . The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹22000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding of engineering drawing ( Different Views & Angles)

• Understanding of BOM

• Undestanding of General Fabrication works

• Maintain records and reports

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Collaborate with teams for improvements and new job fabrication

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma or degree in Mechanical engineering and 0 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
