Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic Factory Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our plastic manufacturing facility. Freshers with strong organizational skills and a passion for manufacturing are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production flow, enforce safety and quality standards, keep Client’s data base with order updates, and lead the team to achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and workforce in the factory.

· Ensure compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.

· Monitor machinery, equipment, and materials to ensure proper operation and availability.

· Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and inventory departments for uninterrupted production.

· Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions.

· Maintain records of production output, employee attendance, and equipment maintenance.

· Report on production progress and issues to the Production Manager.

· Promote a culture of safety, discipline, and continuous improvement.
