Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee operations at our Madhyamgram facility. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing, production planning, and team management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily factory operations

• Achieve production and quality targets

• Supervise and coordinate staff and processes

• Maintain inventory and raw material flow

• Ensure safety and compliance standards are met

• Handle vendor and supplier coordination

• Prepare and share regular reports

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of factory or plant management experience

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Knowledge of production workflow and inventory systems

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
