Cool Home India is hiring an experienced Factory Supervisor for managing complete Sheet Metal Production Line operations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise laser cutting, bending, welding and assembly line
Achieve daily production targets
Handle 15–30 shop floor workers
Ensure quality as per drawings
Reduce rejection and rework
Maintain production reports
Coordinate with design, planning and store department
Maintain discipline and safety on shop floor
Requirements:
4+ years experience in Sheet Metal fabrication line
Strong knowledge of Laser, Bending & Welding processes
Ability to read technical drawings
Experience in manpower handling
Basic computer knowledge (Excel preferred)
