Job Title: Plant Supervisor

Responsibilities:

·         Supervise day-to-day plant operations and workforce.

·         Monitor production, quality, and maintenance activities.

·         Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

·         Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.

·         Prepare daily production and shift reports.

·         Train and guide operators and technicians.

·         Troubleshoot operational issues and minimize downtime.

Requirements:

·         Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering (or relevant).

·         experience in plant/production supervision.

·         Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and plant operations.

·         Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
