Job Description

Production Management: Set daily production targets and ensure they are completed on schedule.Quality Control: Ensure that all products (specifically canvas bags) meet the company's quality benchmarks and minimize material rejection.Workforce Management: Distribute tasks among laborers and artisans, manage attendance, and maintain a productive work environment.Inventory & Raw Material: Monitor the consumption of raw materials and inform the back office when stocks need replenishing.Machine Maintenance: Supervise the upkeep of sewing machines and other equipment to prevent any downtime in production.Safety & Discipline: Enforce safety protocols on the factory floor and maintain strict workplace discipline.Reporting: Provide daily reports to the management regarding production output, labor status, and any operational challenges.
