Factory Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities in the factory

• Operate and manage modular wood machines and related equipment

• Ensure high standards of product quality and finishing

• Maintain production schedules and meet delivery timelines

• Monitor raw material usage, minimize waste, and ensure efficient operations

• Manage and guide factory staff to achieve daily and monthly targets

• Maintain factory discipline, safety, and cleanliness

• Report daily production output to management

• Troubleshoot machinery issues and coordinate with maintenance teams

• Implement improvements in production processes for better output and efficiency

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 8 to 10 years of experience in wooden furniture and modular kitchen manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of modular wood machinery operations

• Ability to lead and supervise factory teams

• Understanding of production planning and quality control

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Capable of handling pressure and meeting targets
