Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Factory Operations Trainee who is keen to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment. The candidate will receive hands-on training and work closely with the factory and inventory teams across day-to-day operational activities.
This is an ideal role for a fresher who is quick to learn, comfortable working with systems and data, and willing to take responsibility as they gain experience.
Key Responsibilities
o Support the Inventory Manager and factory team in maintaining accurate inventory records.
o Assist with stock entries, stock movement and basic inventory reconciliation.
o Support batch coding and product coding activities and ensure accuracy of information.
o Make necessary entries and updates in the company's ERP/inventory management system.
o Assist in maintaining production, inventory and operational records.
o Coordinate with different members of the factory team to ensure information is communicated correctly and on time.
o Support general factory operations and gradually take on additional responsibilities after training.
o Follow established processes and maintain accuracy and discipline in day-to-day work.
Skills & Requirements
o 12th pass or Graduate / Diploma holder
o Strong willingness to learn and ability to grasp new processes quickly.
o Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
o Comfortable working with computers and learning new software.
o Good verbal and written communication skills.
o Good attention to detail and accuracy.
o Responsible, organized and willing to work as part of a team.
o Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
