We’re Hiring | Factory Incharge
📍 Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
💼 Experience: 8–12+ years in manufacturing/factory operations
We’re looking for an experienced Factory Incharge to manage daily factory operations, material movement, dispatch, documentation and administration.
Key responsibilities:
• Supervise inward/outward materials and maintain stock movement records
• Coordinate dispatch, loading and logistics
• Ensure accurate invoices, delivery challans and billing documentation
• Coordinate with production, stores, sales and accounts
• Monitor housekeeping, security, manpower and contractor activities
• Follow up on maintenance requirements and maintain operational reports
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures
Preferred profile:
• Strong experience in manufacturing or factory operations
• Laminates or building-material manufacturing experience preferred
• Good knowledge of stores, dispatch and documentation
• Strong administrative and team-management skills
