Factory Helper (Male)

We are looking for a Factory Helper (Male) to join our team at SK Technology.

An industrial helper supports manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations by performing manual labor tasks such as loading/unloading materials, operating basic machinery, cleaning work areas, and assisting skilled technicians. They ensure production lines run efficiently, adhere to safety protocols, and often move products using conveyors or dollies.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Support: Feed, place, or remove items from production machines/conveyor belts.

• Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials or finished products from trucks, pallets, and racks.

• Maintenance Support: Assist technicians by cleaning machinery, holding tools, and performing basic lubrication.

• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by sweeping, mopping, and removing waste.

• Quality & Inventory: Check products for defects, label items, and assist with inventory counts

• Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long hours, and work in loud, fast-paced environments.

  • Attention to Detail: Following specific instructions and safety protocols.

  • Basic Mechanical Knowledge: Understanding of industrial tools and machinery is a plus.

  • Teamwork: Communicating effectively with operators and supervisors.

  • Education: 8th or 10th Pass

    Work Environment
    Industrial helpers work in factories, warehouses, and production facilities, often requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The role often requires working in shifts, including nights or weekends.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
