Factory Helper (Male)

We are looking for a Helper – Loading / Packing / Operation to join our team at Sikarwar Placement & HR Solution Pvt. Ltd. (SPHSPL). The role involves loading, unloading, packing and assisting in various activities on the production floor at a Pharma/Chemical Plant in Naroda GIDC, Ahmedabad. This position offers an in-hand salary of approximately ₹13,400 per month and an opportunity to work in a growing industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform loading and unloading of materials

• Assist in packing and handling of products/materials

• Support production and plant-related activities as instructed by supervisors

• Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the production floor

• Follow company safety, quality and operational guidelines

• Properly use company-provided PPE and safety equipment

• Cooperate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is basic reading and writing ability, and freshers can also apply. Candidates should be physically fit, willing to work in a plant environment and able to follow instructions and safety procedures. The age requirement is 18–35 years.

Additional Benefits: PF & ESIC, 8.33% annual bonus, accommodation facility for eligible outstation candidates, and overtime at double rate when applicable. No registration or joining fee.
