We are looking for a Helper to join our Cable Manufacturing team at Company Name. The role involves assisting in production activities, handling materials, and supporting machine operators in the cable manufacturing process. This position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist machine operators in cable manufacturing and production activities
Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished goods within the production area
Support cable winding, packing, labeling, and dispatch activities
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping on the shop floor
Help inspect products and report any defects to supervisors
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
Assist in routine maintenance and other production-related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is ITI or 12th Pass. Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or factory operations will be an advantage; however, freshers are also welcome to apply. Candidates should be physically fit, hardworking, disciplined, and capable of working in a team environment while following instructions and safety standards.
