Factory Helper – Wooden Box & Pallet Manufacturing

A Factory Helper assists in the manufacturing of wooden boxes and pallets by supporting carpenters and machine operators in daily production activities. The role includes handling wooden materials, assisting in cutting, assembling, nailing, and finishing wooden boxes and pallets. The helper also helps in loading and unloading raw wood and finished products, maintaining cleanliness of the work area, and ensuring smooth production operations while following safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in cutting, assembling, and nailing wooden boxes and pallets
Handle and move wooden planks and materials
Support machine operators and carpenters during production
Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
Pack and stack finished wooden pallets and boxes
Maintain cleanliness and follow workplace safety rules
