We are looking for a Factory Helper (Male ) to join our team at Jopasu India Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹14,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
Pick Material .move the material to production area and helps in packing.
able to work on textile loom type machines for Cotten roll MOP production
Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines
Maintain records and manage tool room inventory
Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime
Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials
Some may posted in loading /unloading operations in ware House
Some may be Used in Mixing and Blending Machines operations
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th & above and candidate must be a fresher or experiance in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
