We are looking for Factory Helpers to join our team Indradhanush Metallizing Company. The role involves assembling products, product packaging and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of Rs. 300/- on working days and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines
Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime
Ensure quality standards are followed
Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials
Actively and eagerly participates for smooth operations as a whole team.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is ANY and Freshers are also welcome in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
Aadhaar Card, Bank Passbook are to be presented at the time of joining. Any medical issue should be communicated at the time of joining.
